Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Oomi World ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that child and are responsible for their use of the App.
Description of Service
Oomi World is a mobile application that allows users to hatch, raise, and evolve virtual pet characters called "Oomis." The App is designed for entertainment purposes and is suitable for children.
Use of the App
Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, characters, animations, sounds, music, and text, is owned by Oomi World or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the App or any content within it.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional premium features or content through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable, in accordance with their refund policies.
Parental Controls: We strongly recommend that parents enable purchase restrictions on devices used by children to prevent unauthorized purchases.
Subscriptions
If the App offers subscription-based premium features:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OOMI WORLD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
